Santambrogio during the previous meetings. If you were <em>NOT a PoliMi Bachelor student<\/em> you should contact prof. Santambrogio for a preliminary interview.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none\"><strong>September\/October:<\/strong> you will be provided with all the necessary information to complete the application request. <em>DO NOT<\/em> apply by yourself without having informed via email your Coordinator and the PoliMi-UIC Program Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none\"><strong>October:<\/strong> last chance to graduate in your Bachelor Degree. Submit your application via the UIC website (follow the instructions provided)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none\"><strong>first week of December: <\/strong>you will receive the confirmation (or the refusal) of participation in the Master program. In the first case, you should \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>complete your registration to the Master program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request the <em>printed<\/em> <em>official transcripts<\/em> (ITA and ENG) <em><strong>with stamps<\/strong><\/em> to your university\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>if PoliMi Bachelor student add to the request that prof. Santambrogio will retrieve the documents for you<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if NOT PoliMi Bachelor student notify your offices to send the transcripts to UIC <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none\"><strong>February<\/strong>: last chance to submit your <em>English test score<\/em>. Start the first semester of the joint Master at PoliMi. Make your passport (if you don&#8217;t have one) and prepare the documents for the visa (follow the information provided)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none\"><strong>March\/April:<\/strong> define your <em>Learning Agreement<\/em> and apply as a <em>Free Mover<\/em> (provide departure &amp; returning date, Learning Agreement). You will also be provided with housing information and a list of courses you can take during your stay in Chicago. Be quick to choose your classes, there is a maximum of students in each one<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none\"><strong>mid August:<\/strong> arrive in Chicago &#8211; start your second semester of the joint Master at UIC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none\"><strong>December\/January:<\/strong> submit the <em>official UIC Transcripts of records<\/em>.
